I like how easy Gusto is to navigate and how simple it feels to use. It doesn't overwhelm me, and I can figure things out without needing help. Even when navigating tasks like clocking in and out or handling payroll, it's straightforward and not complicated. The software has a nice look, and I feel happy using it, especially when I'm getting paid and the little piggy bank dancing around. Sometimes I have had issues where my paycheck has not come through, not ran, and I don't know if that is Gusto's problem, but I've only had that issue with Gusto and the company I work with now.
