What do you like best about Gusto?

I like how user friendly the UI is, and the branding also feels friendly. I've generally always been able to find what I'm looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gusto?

I think I'd say needing an authenticator app to get in, but I also appreciate the additional layer of security, so that's just me being picky. I would like the option of a text to come to my phone but that may be an option that I just don't have set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Gusto solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm able to clearly go into my account and see pay stubs, understand the itemized things that are being taken out of my check. It's also giving me a place to track time off & see what holidays are coming up. Before Gusto, I would have had to go try and track down an email of a pay stub or potentially deal with clunkier or less organized ways of requesting PTO. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
