Ease of use is very user friendly and finding your information and downloading documents like paystubs and end of year items like W-2s is straightforward. You can get them in PDF format easily either through a web browser or through a mobile app. This makes it very easy when you need your information on the go. It was easy to integrate with bank account. Speed of the product seems to be great never waiting on information you click on something and your not waiting on the information. I believe our company is getting great value for this product. If you need support you can click on help and chat with the AI agent to get quick answers in most cases.
