"Approachable UI That Makes Time Off, Time Tracking, and Payroll Easy"
5/5
What do you like best about Gusto?

Gusto’s user interface is extremely approachable. It saves me time each day by helping me organize my tasks and keep track of the projects I’m working on. As a nonprofit, it’s a great tool for our staff to monitor how they’re dividing their time and how that time is being spent, so when we review and audit hours, everything is already there for us.

Requesting time off and tracking accruals is also incredibly well organized. Often, it’s hard to understand where our hours come from and how many requests we’ve submitted, but Gusto makes it easy. As an employee, it’s also great for tracking payroll—from when it’s approaching, to when it’s approved, to when it’s on its way to my bank account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gusto?

The only downside I’ve run into while using Gusto is that it’s difficult to submit time off that should be unpaid. Because of this, our agency has had some trouble establishing a consistent method for tracking requested time off that isn’t accounted for in Gusto. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
