What do you like best about Gusto?

The user interface is very easy to use, I like how I can split my paycheck up into different accounts, and I enjoy being able to request an advance or time off at will. Makes it all very easy to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gusto?

Might sound ridiculous, but don't like the duration of how long it takes to transfer fuds from a bank account to another. I was quoted 1-3 business days, but it ended up taking 6 business days. It was for $5. I'm aware of the holiday, but 6 days was a bit much. Support was not helpful, unfortunately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Gusto solving and how is that benefiting you?

I appreciate that support is always on standby, very helpful. It also offers me tips on how to save & manage my money, which I really like! The performance is great, so that solves minute issues like accurate paycheck estimates, as well as breaking down my hours. It helps me stay on track in multiple different areas, which is great.
