"Easy, Self-Service Onboarding and Payroll in One Place"

What do you like best about Gusto?

What I like best about Gusto is how easy it is to navigate, especially as an employee going through onboarding. I was able to set up direct deposit, complete my tax forms, upload documents, and review my pay information all in one place. The layout is straightforward and makes it easy to see what still needs to be completed. I also like being able to access and update my information myself instead of having to go through HR for every small change. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gusto?

One thing I dislike about Gusto is that some forms and settings are not always very intuitive to update. I had some confusion when changing my tax withholding information because certain fields did not update automatically, so I had to spend extra time figuring out what needed to be completed manually. What problems is Gusto solving and how is that benefiting you?

Gusto makes the onboarding and payroll process much more organized for me as an employee. Instead of having to send tax forms, banking information, and other documents back and forth with HR, I can complete most of it directly in one place. It also lets me easily check my pay, update personal information, and manage direct deposit.
