What do you like best about Gusto?

I trust Gusto to figure out the taxes for each state, register our remote employees, calculate payroll each pay period, pay taxes, file tax returns, and deposit employees’ pay into their bank accounts correctly and on time. Gusto is easy and straightforward to use, and switching back to it was easy. Whenever I have a question, customer service is knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to reach. They’re quick and thorough, and their follow-up is wonderful. I think Gusto is the greatest company to work with, and I could not be happier with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Gusto solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm a bookkeeper who isn't well versed in taxes, and half our employees are remote. I trust Gusto to handle the taxes and registrations required in each state, calculate payroll from the salary information I provide each pay period, pay and file taxes, and direct deposit employees accurately and on time.
