What do you like best about Gusto?

Gusto is easy to use, offers amazing support for any questions, is a low-cost option for Human Resources software, and continues to roll-out new features. We use it for all of our HR needs. It's easy to learn, easy to implement, and has great integrations available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gusto?

I haven't found any downsides of Gusto and have been using it for almost 5 years. They've always been able to assist me in anything I needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Gusto solving and how is that benefiting you?

Gusto is solving all of our HR needs for our remote nonprofit, with staff all throughout the United States. It is low-cost, allowing us to keep our overhead cost at a minimum and providing us the opportunity to use more of our resources (time and money) for other aspects of the organization. It is easy for contractors and staff members, and decreases the amount of time we need to spend on HR work. It also allows us to send documents to staff and have them sign them directly through Gusto - decreasing time and money for other software needs for the same work.
