What do you like best about Gust Equity Management?
I like that Gust handles a lot of tedious and complex admin work around things like incorporation, cap table formation, and corporate actions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Gust Equity Management?
As far as I can remember, they may not notify you of certain things you need to take care of outside of Delaware such as foreign state entity annual report filing deadlines Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
