What do you like best about Guru?

I love the way you can search for questions within Slack and Gmail email. I think that is a very cool feature and it cuts down on having to directly go to the website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guru?

I wish it was more simple, meaning it's a lot of information to gather! It seems like it's a lot going on within the website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Guru solving and how is that benefiting you?

Getting repeated questions answered and not having to get up or bother a fellow colleague for the answer. Also, keeping our knowledge up to date as well. It really helps us not have to search through the web or previous slides for the answer while we're on a call with a client.
