I really like Guru because it's super simple to use and it's like my best friend when it comes to finding information quickly. It brings up answers right away, which is essential, especially if I'm in a time crunch. The Guru card gives me answers like immediately and ensures I can complete tasks faster than waiting for agent support. I always have the tab open, and the search bar is great for finding what I need, even if I just type a few letters of the topic. It's like having a virtual AI or agent support at my fingertips very easy to use, and the immediate access to information is invaluable, especially when working late at night when nobody else is available.
