"Guideless Makes Training Guides Fast, Easy, and Surprisingly Natural"

What do you like best about Guideless?

We use Guideless for internal training and onboarding, and it's made creating new training content much faster. Before, we had to record the screen, write scripts, re-record mistakes, and edit everything manually. Now I simply go through the workflow once, and Guideless generates the guide automatically.

The AI voiceover has been one of the biggest surprises. It sounds much more natural than I expected, and the narration usually requires little or no editing. When I need to make changes, editing is quick and easy.

It's very easy to use. I was creating guides within minutes, and it was just as easy for the rest of the team to get started. Workspaces also make it easy for everyone to find, manage, and update guides together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guideless?

Since it's still a relatively new product, there are a few features I'd like to see added. For example, having the option to manually highlight or draw attention to specific areas on the screen during a recording would be useful. They're not essential, but they'd be nice additions as the product continues to evolve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Guideless solving and how is that benefiting you?

Guideless has made it much easier to keep our onboarding materials up to date without spending hours recreating training videos every time a process changes. Everyone now follows the same, consistent onboarding experience, and updating existing guides takes only a few minutes instead of starting from scratch.
