From a day-to-day perspective, I like being able to highlight underused workflows during account reviews. It fits the way our team already works instead of forcing us into a whole new content process. Being able to reuse the basic flow also saves me from starting with a blank page each time. We built an initial version for one audience, had two colleagues try it, and then adjusted the order of the steps after seeing where they hesitated.
