What do you like best about Guideflow?

What I have noticed first was the step-by-step format works well introducing internal systems to new hires. Week-end tried to achieve this with a slide deck first and it never quite landed. The editor felt approachable even though I am not the technical person on the team. Week-end built an initial version for one audience, asked two colleagues to try it, and adjusted the order of the steps after seeing where they hesitated. What do you dislike about Guideflow?

Currently all my needs are satisfied and it covers a majority of our use cases and we are happy how it is so far Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Guideflow solving and how is that benefiting you?

Every onboarding cohort needed someone to repeat the same software orientation. It is early, so I would not claim a dramatic conversion lift yet, but the workflow is definitely less clunky. Week-end now shares a focused walkthrough before asking people to book time with us and week-end can reserve those calls for specific questions rather than covering the basics again. The biggest improvement is consistency: people get the same explanation regardless of who sends it. That alone makes it worth keeping in our toolkit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
