I love how Guidebook gathers everything attendees and press need into one reliable place, which makes coordination much easier and cuts down on last-minute questions. The platform is packed with features, and I especially appreciate the ease of customizing it to fit each event's needs, whether it's arranging the agenda or speaker profiles. It's great that no two events have to follow the same path, which keeps everything flexible. The initial setup was straightforward, and it didn't take long for me to get comfortable using it. The one drawback I have run into is that details can get buried when the setup is rushed. In truth, that points back to how we organize our own content rather than to the software.
