What do you like best about Guesty?

I like that you guys are always improving your software and have successfully made yourselves an all-in-one platform. You guys have gotten so much better and easier to use over the years, and we seriously appreciate the level of care and attention you give to the property managers who use your platform. What do you dislike about Guesty?

I wish the analytics page were more user-friendly, easier to understand, and better organized. It would be really helpful to have clear graphs that show how we’re doing over time, and I’d also love AI suggestions on ways we could grow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Guesty solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have been using Boostly and their booking software on our website, and they have been decent to work with, except recently when their software stopped working, and we were not getting the bookings because people literally could not book. Having the Guesty booking widget on our website has been an amazing workaround for this issue! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
