It is easy to manage past guest information, future reservations, and current guests with this software. I especially love that you can make notes on each guest, and search past guests when making reservations. This makes it easy to see if recurring guests have requests or preferences when booking their stay. It also helps keep track of guests who have caused problems in the past.
