Recommendations to others considering GSI, Inc.:

If you have never worked with them, as was my case, just get on a call to discuss the project, and I recommend that you get introduced to the resources that will be assigned to your project, so you get a chance to meet them. In my case, the scope of work was very standard for any upgrade; however, we have resources in-house able to do many of the steps, so we came to an agreement to reduce the scope and switched it to time and materials. This way, I'm only paying for what I'm using. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GSI, Inc. solving and how is that benefiting you?

GSI is helping me upgrade my JDE to the latest version. My account team is outstanding, and the engineer I was paired with is very knowledgeable. We have completed so far, the upgrade of DV/PY and configured BSSV, all is record time, and whatever issues we ran into during the upgrade were quickly addressed.
