What do you like best about Growth Molecules, Customer Success?

What I like most about Growth Molecules is the combination of strategic thinking and practical, actionable guidance. Sabina consistently challenged us to think beyond our existing onboarding processes and ask better questions about what our customers actually need, while also helping us translate those insights into concrete experiments and next steps.

I especially appreciated that the approach wasn’t about completely rebuilding what we already have. Instead, Sabina helped us identify what is working, where the biggest opportunities are, and how we can make focused improvements through better segmentation, customer behavior signals, targeted interventions, and stronger outcome measurement. What do you dislike about Growth Molecules, Customer Success?

One challenge I experienced was the internal pressure to make sure we were getting as much value as possible from our engagement. We had a smaller engagement compared with some of Growth Molecules’ other offerings, so I wanted to make sure we came to each session prepared and were using our limited time to have conversations that would genuinely move our work forward.

Fortunately, Sabina’s approach made this much easier. The homework and preparation she provided ahead of each session helped us come prepared with the right context and questions, and she consistently came to each session extremely prepared as well. She led the conversations efficiently and kept us focused on the areas that would have the greatest impact.

Ultimately, while maximizing the value of a smaller engagement required some intentional preparation on our end, I feel that the structure and facilitation of the engagement allowed us to get strong learnings and actionable next steps from the time we had. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Growth Molecules, Customer Success:

I would recommend Growth Molecules to teams that are looking for an outside perspective to challenge their current Customer Success strategy and help turn that thinking into actionable improvements.

I would especially recommend coming into the engagement prepared to invest time outside of the sessions. The homework and preparation were a meaningful part of the value for us because they allowed us to come to each conversation with context, data, and specific questions. Sabina was also extremely prepared and made very effective use of our time together.

For teams with a specific challenge or area of Customer Success they want to improve, I think the engagement can provide a lot of value in a relatively focused amount of time. What problems is Growth Molecules, Customer Success solving and how is that benefiting you?

Growth Molecules is helping us solve a core challenge in our onboarding strategy: how to continue to scale and further personalize our onboarding experience to one that is more aligned to our customers’ goals, behaviors, and actual challenges.

Through our work with Sabina, we’ve been able to identify opportunities to better understand why customers stall, use behavioral and health signals to determine what support they need, and create more targeted onboarding journeys and interventions. We’re also learning how to connect onboarding activities more directly to the product behaviors and outcomes that drive long-term customer success and retention.

This is benefiting us by giving our team a much clearer framework for where to focus our efforts. Rather than simply adding more content or communication, we’re focusing on delivering the right guidance at the right time based on what customers actually need.
