What do you like best about Growth Molecules, Customer Success?

The team is made up of true domain Subject Matter Experts. They come to the table with open minds but leverage their breadth of experience and knowledge to guide you toward your expected outcomes. In our experience they did a great job structuring the project, keeping us on track for preparation, and the team felt the onsite time was a great investment of their time. What do you dislike about Growth Molecules, Customer Success?

This is a trick question. Our only challenge was that we were restricted in the number of days we could allocate to an onsite workshop. The team was extremely flexible and structured the pre-work and the in person sessions for maximum output. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I highly recommend the Growth Molecules team if you are looking for a true partner. They take the time to truly understand your business and bring together the right team to best align to your objectives and expected outcomes. What problems is Growth Molecules, Customer Success solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have leveraged Growth Molecules on multiple occasions, most recently to lead a Customer Journey Mapping workshop. We want to deliver a best in class customer experience which requires end to end internal alignment across the customer journey and through their lifecycle. As we continue to experience rapid growth, it's critical that we close any gaps that would negatively impact the customer experience and this was our first opportunity as a company to really dig into the end to end experience for our customers.
