They were exceptionally friendly, always available, and genuinely listened to what we needed. They didn’t just run a playbook - they collaborated with us to build one. They shared business development best practices that we still use to this day, helped us troubleshoot inbox deliverability with creativity and care, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure we saw value, including offering extra credits when needed. Their regular check-ins, strategic guidance, and willingness to roll up their sleeves made them feel like an extension of our team. **What do you dislike about Growbots?** While our overall experience was very positive, the only challenge we faced was with email deliverability, which impacted the volume of warm responses. That said, this wasn’t due to a lack of effort on Growbots’ part - they worked diligently to troubleshoot, offered generous solutions, and stayed proactive throughout. Despite the deliverability issues, we still booked a meaningful number of discovery calls that led to fruitful conversations. The blog posts are okay but something more robust for training would probably alleviate a lot of questions handed off to customer service. More substantially is the cost - you get charged everytime you add a new email so it's not very scalable, especially if one email gets put on a black list and can't be used for a couple of weeks. No free trial, no real monthly options. The B2B database is also extremely limited and the results you get compared to all the other services (exact same campaigns) are night and day. **What problems is Growbots solving and how is that benefiting you?** There isn't really much in the way of negotiating their insane fees, nor good ways to work around their abysmal database issues (and after all, what you need is a good database). If you think you can run a campaign with 200 plus leads and actually have the software give you that many options #1 Prepare to wait (it's very slow), #2 Prepare to be disappointed (the results of measly). ### 7. The 3-month onboarding and customer support have been invaluable. **What do you dislike about Growbots?** Analytics are not always precise, but that is a universal issue with automated tracking. The team has been working with us to give us better tracking. **What problems is Growbots solving and how is that benefiting you?** We signed up for Growbots’ 3-month onboarding bootcamp for lead gen through cold email. And it's been excellent! They set up our first campaign for us, took us through all the dos-and-don’ts, and found us success with email campaigns that work. Since then, we’ve been able to set up effective campaigns easily with high-quality prospects on our own. And I think that is invaluable to any marketing team. Growbots may be a little expensive, but the ease of high-quality prospecting, writing emails, and creating campaigns – all in a single workflow, is invaluable. For us, Marcin, Mia, & Chris, also the entire Growbots Customer Success team, have been excellent, offering expertise and prompt help for any step in the process. That in addition to customizing each email even though it's automated. I also love the new search filter for investments/series. It helps us target companies more specifically. I love that they keep the bounce rate under 10% as well. **What do you dislike about Growbots?** I wish I was able to filter by technologies that the companies I'm targeting use. As we're a data management tool, in order to target companies, we would need to know what kinds of BI tools they're using. Unfortunately, right now, you can only filter by front-end tools companies use, which doesn't really help us. **What problems is Growbots solving and how is that benefiting you?** We're able to fill our top of funnel with more leads and quality ones at that. We were using Apollo before Growbots and we'd always get bad data (people who aren't at the company anymore, etc). With Growbots, we get quality leads and can start a multi-step cadance to reach them via email, Linkedin, AND phone because Growbots also automates a report with this info. ### 10.
