You can create custom dashboards with custom metrics based on your needs and preferences. We use GROW to manage client campaign key performance indicators and track the health and performance of marketing and fundraising campaign efforts. You can easily integrate manual data via Google Drive or directly link in Facebook and Google based APIs. The implementation process is seamless once you have a system in place for creating standardized datasets. The customer support is top notch, unlike any other support service I have encountered. Their team is very knowledgeable and have been able to solve most of my inquiries quickly and efficiently. We use GROW almost every day. It's a great tool you should consider adopting for your business, organization, or agency! **What do you dislike about Grow.com?** While GROW has many capable features, there are some slight nuances such as the capability of archiving of old dashboards. I also firmly believe there should be a certification program similar to Google in place for GROW which has yet to be created and implemented. **What problems is Grow.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** GROW takes the guesswork out of trying to decipher and makes sense of raw data. The metrics allow you to customize charts and graphs, making the data easy to view and navigate in order to make business decisions quickly based on trends and past/current performance. It also allows you to input automated formulas so you do not have to manually input the formulas each time. Data manipulation has so many options in GROW. ### 2. While the platform offers a Smart Builder, I've found myself leaning more on SQL to get the data into the shape I need. We were initially told there were more POS integration options than what’s currently available — the list feels a bit thin. The UI is easy to use, the data transformation tools are great if you aren't proficient with SQL, and the support team is helpful and responsive. **What do you dislike about Grow.com?** Some of the tools and metric functionality can be limiting. There is a limited selection of metric types that are compatible with data explorer, requiring some creative workarounds to get specific visualizations (Candlestick/ herring charts used for stock pricing would be amazing). Also, the character limit for dashboard titles is too restrictive and seems unnecessary. It would also be great to have folders for the dataset menu to maintain organization at scale. **What problems is Grow.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** Grow allows centralized reporting and BI that integrates all of our Marketing Data in one place. I am able to create powerful datasets in Grow that join data from multiple sources and feed into dashboards for consumption across different audiences. My organization is beginning to reference and trust my dashboards as our source of truth. It is scalable and once I setup a dashboard, there is little to no maintenance required. ### 6. The dashboards look clean and simple not puzzled at all, and it helps me keep track of key metrics without wasting time switching between different tools. Once it’s set up, it’s actually pretty simple and easy to use for quick insights and reports. I work in the aviation industry and we used Grow.com mainly for tracking flight and maintenance data. It really helped us bring everything in one place like customer feedback, delay reports and daily performance numbers. Apart from that it’s simple to use, even for people who are not from IT. Making dashboards was very fast and easy and I could see updates every day without doing manual work. We connected data from sheets and our internal systems easily. Only thing is, sometimes big data loads slow and few filters take time to apply. But overall it saved a lot of time for us and gave our team clear visibility on how operations are going. I would recommend it to any aviation team who want easy reporting without too much setup it is almost everything at one place. **What do you dislike about Grow.com?** The way I like things about Grow.com in the same way there are a couple of things that doesn’t meet my expectations such as Sometimes it feels a bit slow especially when the data is loading or updating. Setting things up in the beginning was also kind of confusing, it took me a while to figure out everything.
