What do you like best about Groupmail?

What I love most about Groupmail is the complete control it gives us over our own data. Because it's a desktop-based application rather than a cloud platform, all of our sensitive contact lists stay securely on our own local machines. We can route our campaigns directly through our own SMTP servers, which gives us maximum privacy and independence without worrying about third-party cloud hosting. What do you dislike about Groupmail?

Because it relies on your own SMTP servers or third-party setups, deliverability can be a headache if you aren't technical. You have to be really diligent about your sender reputation and server settings. If you don't have things configured perfectly, it's very easy for your campaigns to get flagged by Google algorithms and sent straight to the spam folder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Groupmail solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Groupmail, we were paying massive monthly subscription fees to web-based platforms just because we had a large contact list, even though we only emailed them occasionally. Groupmail solves this by allowing unlimited contacts without scaling costs.
