The account management service is fantastic - we've had several account managers during our multi year relationship with Grip and they've all been wonderful. Always go above and beyond, response times are flawless and always so patient with me when i'm being dense about how to do stuff -nothing is ever too much work for them!

The updated platform is also incredibly easy to use - and the new clone event function is a dream! It makes replicating our events in different locations so much easier and saves loads of time!
