What do you like best about Grid?

What pulled us in was the depth of the metrics, but what made us stay is how little effort it takes to keep everything running. Grid pairs serious analytical power with a clean, intuitive interface. It's a real time saver for my team.

We use Grid for revenue reporting, cohort analysis, churn tracking, board reporting, and connecting our billing and CRM data into one place. The automated reporting alone has saved our team hours every week. We also love the flexibility around how metrics are defined, the quality of the dashboards, and the ability to slice data by segment without needing an analyst for every question.

What do you dislike about Grid?

What problems is Grid solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Grid, we were spending too much time pulling numbers together instead of actually using them. Metrics lived across spreadsheets, our billing system, and our CRM, which created inconsistencies and made every reporting cycle slower than it should've been.
