What do you like best about GreyMetrics?

I love the simplicity the tool offers to build the reports and share it with our clients. And the option of creative live reports and sharing them with our clients in a secure way makes our clients feel we are more professional in our approach.

The drag and drop interface makes the report creation in a few seconds and it is an added advantage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GreyMetrics?

It would be nice to see more metrics to include in the reports, especially the Facebook ads reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GreyMetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was able to save 5 hours per week by simplifying the report building for my clients. And I see the productivity of my employees increases with this tool.

Also, my clients are happy to get a bird view of their campaigns without depending on us every time they want to check the performance of their campaigns. So it's a big win-win for both us as an agency owner and for our clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
