**What do you like best about GReminders?**

I appreciate the HIPAA compliant option.  The templates are easy to use and customize. Customer support is super helpful. I like their office hours as well. Easy to integrate with Google Workspace.

**What do you dislike about GReminders?**

Remembering my link to share is the most difficult part but easily managed by saving links in a note or cloud based document to access easily.  It is a little expensive for a small practice, but does cut down on no shows for me.

**Recommendations to others considering GReminders:**

If you feel stuck setting up your account and templates, ask questions. Support is easy to work with and they know their program best. In fact, they send a link to be placed on their calendar using GReminders so you know that there is a dedicated time for you.

**What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GReminders makes scheduling with clients super easy and reduces back and forth communication a lot. Clients often pick a time slot within minutes of me sending a link and then I'm notified and appointment is scheduled.
I appreciate the rescheduling feature for clients that use it.  Further reduces unnecessary emails such as "do you have X time and day available?"

**What do you like best about GReminders?**

We've had a great experience with GReminders. Before implementing it, scheduling meetings with prospects and clients often involved multiple emails and a lot of manual coordination. GReminders has streamlined that process and made scheduling significantly easier for both our team and our clients.

One of the biggest benefits has been the calendar automation. Appointment reminders and confirmations run automatically in the background, which has reduced administrative work and helped our team stay focused on higher-value activities.

The integration with Wealthbox has also been a major advantage. Having our scheduling tools connected to our CRM creates a more seamless workflow and helps ensure client information stays organized and up to date.

Overall, GReminders has improved our efficiency, reduced scheduling friction, and enhanced the client experience. The platform is easy to use, reliable, and has become an important part of our day-to-day operations.

**What do you dislike about GReminders?**

The platform offers a lot of customization, which is great, but there can be a learning curve when first getting started. New users may need some time to understand all of the available settings and automation options.

GReminders has solved several operational challenges related to scheduling, client communication, and calendar management. Prior to implementing the platform, coordinating meetings often required multiple emails and manual follow-up, which consumed valuable administrative time and occasionally created scheduling delays.

**What do you like best about GReminders?**

What I like most about GReminders is being able to share my calendar with clients and prospects, which makes it much easier to schedule a meeting that works for both my availability and theirs.

Another big upside of using GReminders is the AI Notetaker during meetings. It lets me stay focused on the conversation instead of taking notes and then transcribing them into my CRM afterward.

**What do you dislike about GReminders?**

The least helpful GReminders feature in the workflow integration to my CRM, Redtail.

**What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The best feature is GReminders’ ability to take AI notes and compile a detailed summary of the conversation. I can then easily add that note to my client’s CRM profile, which saves me countless hours of transcribing handwritten notes into the CRM. The AI notes are also much more robust than the meeting notes I used to enter into Redtail.

I love the customer service.  The Friday office hours are fantastic and so helpful.  Several times the Friday office hours have really helped streamline our processes.  The staffing on those Fridays are extremely knowledgeable.

**What do you dislike about GReminders?**

Sometimes the AI notetaker is inconsistent in labeling who is talking.

**What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GReminders helps a great deal with scheduling appointments with clients and reminding myself and the client.  They AI note taking tool is also helpful.  It is so nice to be able to engage and be fully present in a meeting without having to make sure all the details of the meeting are recorded.  It is much easier to edit notes than to take them.  The pricing for the note taking tool is also straightforward and performs well at that price point.  It also easily integrates with Wealthbox.

**What do you like best about GReminders?**

This has been a very user friendly site for clients. I've had good feedback. It saves time that it is linked to my Zoom and also sends links for meetings. Has been a great time saver and made it more convenient for clients to connect.

**What do you dislike about GReminders?**

I would like a way for me or my assistant to enter appointments to push to clients. There might be a way to do it, but we haven't figured it out yet!

**What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clients wanting to connect outside of normal business hours with the ability to check their schedules to select a time. Huge time saver with auto reminders being sent at regular intervals. A link to reschedule if needed, built into the message.

**What do you like best about GReminders?**

Great support team to troubleshoot any issues that arise.  Great training and support to set up GReminders. Simple to integrate and really appreciate the reminder tasks you can set up on the software. Once you learn the basics, you have the opportunity to become as sophisticated as you want to be. Really like the AI note taking ability we have with the notetaker software.

**What do you dislike about GReminders?**

The inability to directly contact support via phone.

**What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saves me time when I’m taking notes and scheduling appointments, and it also helps with sending out reminders. I especially like how it explains how to set up reminder templates for specific client appointments, so I can keep everything consistent and organized.

**What do you like best about GReminders?**

We had some hiccups with onboarding, but we are really looking forward to GReminders making our practice more efficient with the automated scheduling.  The AI aspect is very helpful in providing pre-meeting briefs at the touch of a button. Also, the integration with Redtail has been great! The Priority Support team has been exceptional in answering questions in a timely manner.

**What do you dislike about GReminders?**

We didn't have a good experience with the onboarding process.  We have since been connected with a different trainer and are feeling better about it.  I would suggest some additional training for newer, less experienced employees to reduce client frustrations.

**What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By automating scheduling and offering quick pre-meeting briefs, we can focus on client services.

**What do you like best about GReminders?**

We love the broad scalability of it and the way it syncs with our existing tech.  I genuinely LOVED my implementation team.  (I would hire them away from you in a heartbeat.)  I have found that customer support is very responsive and actually fixes things for me at times, rather than just emailing me back a solution.  They are literally part of my teeam, making Greminders super easy to use.  We use the calendar link every day and have all of our other tech integrated, so makes it all seamless.

There is so much that it does that I feel like I am missing something.

It has made the back and forth scheduling emails disappear.

The AI Note Taker and the pre-meeting brief summary generator have been especially valuable. These features save us a lot of time each day, help us stay organized, and make meeting preparation much more efficient.

The appointment reminders and scheduling tools have also been extremely helpful. Being able to automate them in advance has improved consistency and reduced the need for manual follow-up.

Customer Support has been very responsive in answering any questions that come up, and they were great to work with during our implementation of GReminders into our tech stack.

**What do you dislike about GReminders?**

This isn’t really a dislike, but I’d like to see more file-sharing programs integrated. Right now, Dropbox is the only option available for clients to upload documents prior to a meeting. It would be helpful to add OneDrive and Google Drive for Business as well, since those are the programs on our approved compliance list.

We’ve had a great experience using GReminders as part of our workflow every day. The AI Note Taker and pre-meeting brief summary generator have been especially valuable. Both features save us a lot of time, help us stay organized, and make meeting preparation much more efficient.

The appointment reminders and scheduling tools have also been extremely helpful. Being able to automate these ahead of time has improved consistency and reduced manual follow-up.

One thing I’m especially looking forward to is even deeper integration with Redtail CRM, which will make the workflow even more seamless for our team.

Overall, GReminders has been a great addition to our tech stack, with great Customer Support as an added bonus. The platform saves time, improves efficiency, and offers practical features that support our day-to-day operations.

**What do you like best about GReminders?**

I like being able to send broadcast emails and use the AI notetaker during meetings—not only in person, but also on Zoom and on phone calls. It also integrates with our system and sets up activities for us, which makes things easier.

**What do you dislike about GReminders?**

We have not seen any downsides yet, the only worry we had was the implementation of texting clients, but now our broker dealer has approved text communication to make it even better!

We use Greminders to support our client outreach. It also helps us set up activities and reminders for what we need to do so we can better serve our clients.
