The templates are easy to use and customize. Customer support is super helpful. I like their office hours as well. Easy to integrate with Google Workspace. **What do you dislike about GReminders?** Remembering my link to share is the most difficult part but easily managed by saving links in a note or cloud based document to access easily. It is a little expensive for a small practice, but does cut down on no shows for me. **Recommendations to others considering GReminders:** If you feel stuck setting up your account and templates, ask questions. Support is easy to work with and they know their program best. In fact, they send a link to be placed on their calendar using GReminders so you know that there is a dedicated time for you. **What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you?** GReminders makes scheduling with clients super easy and reduces back and forth communication a lot. Clients often pick a time slot within minutes of me sending a link and then I'm notified and appointment is scheduled. I appreciate the rescheduling feature for clients that use it.
