What we like most about Greenshades is having employee information and payroll processing in one place, while giving employees more control over things like updating their direct deposit and tax forms. It has helped us reduce manual work, keep information centralized, and better connect our front office, payroll, and accounting processes. We use it for onboarding, payroll processing, payroll taxes, W-2s, PTO tracking, and more. The initial setup was straightforward, and we were able to get up and running smoothly. We find custom reporting somewhat limited, although new updates are coming to the reporting portion. I can export everything to Excel and manipulate it there, but we are looking forward to the ability to create and save custom reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
