What do you like best about Greenlight Guru Quality Management System?
The ability to create and organize folders. The easy approval, rejection and publishing of documents. The justification boxes make things very traceable when comments are added. I really like the feature of comparing previous versions Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Greenlight Guru Quality Management System?
The searching is not advanced enough. Example, if the document is titled EWI-XXXX it does not pop up if I type WI-XXXX. When a letter is missing GLG is not able to find the document.
Example; I need to search for Esop-0001 but if I type Sop-0001 GLG is not able to find it and/or recognize the document. So I have to type the doc ID without a missing letter, error or else. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
