What do you like best about Greenlight Guru Quality Management System?

It keeps all documentation in one place, everything is accessible and linkable. It makes my work easier. I regularly use the documentation functions for printing BIM's for issuing to production. I also use and like the quality functions for tracking CAPA's, NC's and change orders. I am a user and not sure of the pricing of GLG. I know how important it is within our organization. What do you dislike about Greenlight Guru Quality Management System?

In the new document Beta version, it seems to run quite slow when switching between documents. The search function can be quite daunting. If you need to search for a document and don't have keywords, you can get 1000+ search results returned. We manage this by adding and saving filters to narrow the searches. The number of email notifications can also be quite a lot, because of this I don't use the email alerts and rely on checking my to-do list regularly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

To improve the user experience, consider optimizing the speed of the document switching process and enhancing the search functionality to handle large volumes of data more efficiently. What problems is Greenlight Guru Quality Management System solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was a little wary of it when first installed, but now it's a valuable software tool for managing our quality system. It allows access to all documentation needed, keeps track of documents, changes, NC's, goods release, etc. Without it, this task would be almost impossible to do.
