"Fresh, Modern Interface with a Dashboard That Keeps Everything on Track"

What do you like best about Greenlight Guru Quality Management System?

The system's interface is very friendly to the eye and easy to navigate, and feels fresh and modern as opposed to multiple other systems. Features such as the dashboard really help in keeping track of the most important things. I'm yet to experience any issues with page loadings, document uploading or other sort of file management. The training modules within the system provide sufficient information on how to navigate and use the multiple features it has to offer. I haven't connected it to other tools in my stack nor used the AI feature as the current version of the system already has everything I need. I'm not the actual person paying for it, but I am aware the company switched from Q-Pulse to Greenlight Guru as it offered better value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Greenlight Guru Quality Management System?

It could use a better categorization system, the current one can fail to properly filter certain things based on minor details, so when you're handling a big amount of files, it is easy for something to sneak in. When adding/removing responsibilities or large documents, system can also glitch and it forces you to refresh the page, sometimes on multiple occasions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Greenlight Guru Quality Management System solving and how is that benefiting you?

As someone who works with change orders on a regular basis, it makes it very easy to get the documents through. Even with a large number of documents, it's simple enough to add/remove as many as needed in a matter of seconds.
