Greenhouse makes it easy to run a structured, consistent hiring process without the ATS getting in the way. The interface is clean enough that hiring managers who barely use it pick it up fast, and the ability to customize interview stages and scorecards means we built the workflow around how we actually hire, instead of bending our process to fit the software. Scorecards keep interviewers focused and make it much easier to compare candidates fairly rather than relying on gut feel. Interview scheduling that syncs with calendars and lets candidates pick their own slot has cut out a lot of the back-and-forth we used to deal with, and the integrations with tools like LinkedIn, Zoom, and Slack keep everything in one place. Custom reporting is the main friction point — the built-in reports cover the basics, but pulling a more tailored view of the pipeline usually takes extra manual work. Bulk actions across candidates or job postings could also be more flexible for high-volume hiring. A few common tasks take more clicks than they should. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
