I like that it is pretty simple to set up your website and add supporters and sales as people register for your event. Customer support is always available and they are quick to respond and are very helpful. I like that this software works for both an event with and without an auction component. I also like that it has the built in capability to give donors the option to cover the credit card processing fee. Once you have your event set up, you can just continue copying that event each year instead of starting from scratch. I wish that you could make edits on the actual website page and then make changes on the backend without it undoing everything I changed on the website.
