The organizational segmented model of Greater Giving is very user friendly. I appreciate the convenience and ease in using their customer service outreach, they are attentive and professional in their help and responses. When we decided to begin using Greater Giving, it was an easy on-boarding experience. When it comes time to use the platform for our event, I am using Greater Giving daily.
