Having been a Gravite client for over six months, we have been able to observe the numerous developments of the platform. This tool proves to be particularly effective for analyzing our customer feedback from various sources such as Google, Trustpilot, and our internal satisfaction surveys. The analyses offered are becoming more precise over time and now allow us to enrich our tickets.
