What do you like best about Gravatar?

Gravatar is super interesting because you can upload a photo or image with which you can identify yourself when you write comments or draft a blog. I like to use an avatar because it helps us be recognized on the web with an image. The way to create them is very simple and the website is quite user-friendly. What do you dislike about Gravatar?

What problems is Gravatar solving and how is that benefiting you?

Using an avatar on WordPress and connected to my email is something I never saw the utility of, but when I started using social media for my business, I realized that it is very important for users and clients to recognize you wherever you are, and an image is the quickest way to do it.
