We are able to respond to our customers via Whatsapp in real-time.
Casengo has a web version and mobile app version making it easy to use.
It shows the total cases received and those responded including the response time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Grasp?
The application is mostly affected by an internet connection. You can not use Casengo without the internet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
