"Data protection-compliant DSMS – Easy application and excellent customer service"

What do you like best about GRASP German GRC?

GRASP is a real support for our association in the area of data protection. With their data protection compliant Data Protection Management System (DSMS), we were able to significantly improve our processes. The software is very user-friendly and easy to use – really pleasant in everyday life! The introduction of the DSMS was completely straightforward and has allowed us to digitize and significantly simplify our entire data protection process. We are very satisfied and gladly recommend GRASP. The always available customer service is very friendly and competent and has already supported us in many areas. What do you dislike about GRASP German GRC?

What problems is GRASP German GRC solving and how is that benefiting you?

The association used to maintain directories of processing activities as well as Technical-Organizational Measures (TOM) and process-related documents in paper form. This required significant financial and personnel resources and led to an unnecessarily high administrative burden. Since the implementation of the data protection management system, fulfilling data protection requirements has become significantly easier and more straightforward. Only a few paper-based documents are used now, as all relevant documents are now stored digitally and securely in compliance with data protection regulations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
