As a researcher, what I like most about GraphPad Prism is the easy-to-use interface and the quality of the graphs and analyses. The graphs the program produces are very professional and its statistics are very efficient. Although I don't have much knowledge of how to use statistical programs, I feel comfortable using GraphPad thanks to its intuitive design. What I like least about GraphPad Prism is the difficulty of finding clear information about the assumptions the program uses for statistical tests, which can lead to doubts about the interpretation of the results. In addition to this point, I am disappointed that the software is not very affordable, especially for people living in developing countries, where research resources are extremely limited.
