What do you like best about Graphite Connect?

In any given month, we find that 5–10% of our new supplier onboarding requests are for suppliers that already exist in Graphite Connect, which is very pleasing. The team is also very responsive to our needs, and they continue to add new features that enhance the product, including new partnerships and third-party integrations such as Descartes OCR for denied party screening and new bank and identity verification tools. What do you dislike about Graphite Connect?

As with any new software rollout, there’s a learning curve. That isn’t a specific downside to Graphite; I think any new product of this type would come with a similar adjustment period. After six months, we’ve identified a few opportunities for improvement, and we’re working with Graphite to further streamline the process and set new goals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Graphite Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?

Customer Service is a strong point with Graphite Connect. We can hand off all of our supplier requests for help easily to the Graphite Connect support team and know they will track and be responsive to our suppliers needs expeditiously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
