What do you like best about Granton Advertising?

The Granton Team is very professional and highly time-conscious. We were working in a very fast-paced agency environment with tight eight-week sprint timelines, which required strong technical autonomy and the ability to adapt quickly to new engineering tools. What do you dislike about Granton Advertising?

Initially, there was a bit of hesitation from our IT department. Balancing integration between our legacy POS system and the Granton custom enterprise platform caused some early concerns. The team’s project manager handled the situation well, listened closely to everyone’s opinions, helped forge consensus, and removed the impediments. Granton Advertising assigned a dedicated, agile engineering team of 12 specialists to deploy our solution. Working in intensive 8-week sprint cycles, they built a custom front-end interface for our in-store tablets using a responsive React.js framework, and deployed the environment directly to Vercel to maintain ultra-low-latency edge performance across both the UAE and India. This interactive customer intake client communicates through a unified GraphQL API layer with a highly scalable server backend powered by Node.js and an enterprise-grade PostgreSQL database module, which helps avoid the usual data over-fetching hurdles. Most impressively, they wove OpenAI's GPT API into our specialized customer intake stream via a LangChain workflow. What problems is Granton Advertising solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a way to bridge the gap between physical retail traffic and our digital customer-retention data. Granton addressed this by engineering an AI-driven pipeline that categorizes single-use, multi-use, and regular clients right at the point of sale.
