What do you like best about Grand Avenue Software?

Grand Avenue Software has provided our clients with an affordable, easy-to-use, out-of-the-box solution for their eQMS needs. It helps ensure QMS compliance, supports and streamlines process workflows, and minimizes the resources required to maintain and continually improve their Quality Management Systems. What do you dislike about Grand Avenue Software?

On the few occasions when our clients have pointed out minor areas where the software could perform better, we’ve simply submitted feature requests to the support team at Grand Avenue Software. Those requests were added to a list of enhancements to be considered for future releases. Most of the requests our clients have submitted have since been incorporated into the software, typically within 6–12 months. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Grand Avenue Software solving and how is that benefiting you?

Many of our clients come to us for help improving their Quality Management Systems because they’re dealing with a familiar set of issues: a collection of procedures and work instructions that aren’t followed or kept up to date, employees who aren’t effectively trained or made aware of changes, product and process problems that aren’t investigated and resolved, and a backlog of customer complaints and corrective actions so long that no one knows where to start. These problems are demotivating for employees and have a negative impact on profitability.

Grand Avenue Software is the primary tool we use to address these challenges and help turn a client’s company around. The software’s Document Control module helps ensure company procedures and work instructions are properly maintained and kept current. The GAS Training module ensures employees are trained on those documents, including any subsequent revisions. The GAS Customer Complaint module allows complaints to be properly recorded, investigated, and resolved. In addition, the GAS CAPA module helps ensure product and process problems are thoroughly investigated, solved, and verified as effective.

Our consulting firm has recommended implementing Grand Avenue Software to overcome these common QMS challenges for over 20 years, and it has never failed to do so. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
