What do you like best about Grand Avenue Software?

The workflows are easy to follow, which is especially helpful for organizations implementing an eQMS for the first time. Implementation is straightforward, and adoption tends to be fairly quick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Grand Avenue Software?

One thing I’d really like to see is support for multisite installations where the information is truly site-specific, and coordinators receive only the tasks for their own site. Right now, the only way I’ve found to manage this is by creating site-level nomenclature—for example, using document types with prefixes that identify a document’s site. In practice, though, those prefixes end up being treated like additional document types rather than providing real, facility-specific separation. As a result, admin tasks still get sent to all coordinators, and they have to manually sift through the full pool of tasks to figure out what actually applies to them. What problems is Grand Avenue Software solving and how is that benefiting you?

Grand Avenue has been an incredible tool for handling document and training management activities. Before, managing documents, training, and changes was a painful, labor-intensive task, especially when trying to understand the status of training, DCRs, and changes at any given time. Now it’s all in one place within the tool—easy to find, easy to query, and easy to get the current status whenever I need it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
