## Grammarly Reviews
  ### 1. Real-Time Grammar Fixes That Make Writing Clearer and More Professional

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Grammarly?**

What i like about Grammarly is that it quickly fixes grammar and spelling mistakes in real time while also improving sentence clarity and tone, making writing more professional and easier to understand; it works across apps like browsers and email, suggests better word choices, and saves time by reducing the need for manual proofreading, though sometimes its suggestions can feel a bit overdone.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

What i dislike about Grammarly is that it sometimes gives incorrect or unnecessary suggestions and doesn’t fully understand context, especially in creative writing; the free version is quite limited while the premium version can feel expensive, and overusing it can make users dependent instead of improving their own writing skills.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Grammarly solves common writing problems like grammar mistakes, unclear sentences, weak tone, and repetitive wording by giving real-time suggestions and corrections. This benefits me by making my writing clearer, more professional, and error-free without spending too much time proofreading, helping me communicate better in emails, assignments, and other tasks.

  ### 3. Professional Writing Anywhere with Convenient, All-in-One Corrections

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Grammarly?**

I like that it corrects my spelling wherever I am. No matter which app I’m using, it just works. And it doesn’t only correct spelling—it also improves my tone and wording, basically everything. It makes me sound more professional, and the UI is very convenient to use.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

It feels outdated. The newer AI features aren’t as easy to access as the classic features, and some of them still don’t work at all in the mobile app.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since I’m not a native English speaker, my word choice and phrasing aren’t always perfect. This helps me avoid awkward situations where I might not be able to express myself clearly or say what I really mean.

  ### 4. Highly Accurate Grammar Corrections, From Basics to Complex Mistakes

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sandeep P. | Cyber Security Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

Security/log-related terms or structured sentences may get altered incorrectly

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Grammarly helps address key business communication challenges such as inconsistent writing quality, grammar errors, and unclear messaging across emails, reports, and client interactions. Before using Grammarly, we often faced delays due to manual proofreading and occasional miscommunication caused by poorly structured or ambiguous content. With Grammarly, we are now able to produce clear, concise, and professional communication in real time, which has significantly improved the quality of incident reports, customer updates, and internal coordination. This has resulted in better stakeholder confidence, reduced rework, and noticeable time savings in drafting and reviewing communications.

  ### 5. Built-In Proofreader I Can Use Everywhere

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kathryn R. | Senior Copywriter, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Grammarly?**

I like that I can download it and use it everywhere, iMessage, Google Docs, Gmail. It's very nice to have a built-in proofreader. I am using it now to proofread these answers.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

Sometimes it glitches, and when I press "make change," it puts the comma in the wrong spot and gets confused by the new error. It can be a little glitch sometimes. It also wants to hyphenate everything.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It proofreads my Substack articles, so when 600+ people read them, I don't have embarrassing typos.

  ### 6. Professional, Concise Writing With Handy Integrations—But the Editor Can Disappear

I think that sometimes the editor disappears and have to reopen the app for it to pick it up.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can write coherently and professionally without repeating myself or using filler words.

  ### 7. Seamless Real-Time Writing Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ABHISHEK A. | Founder and CEO, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Grammarly?**

Grammarly is my preferred tool to enhance the professionalism of my writing through its clarity, accuracy, and tone features. The software quickly points out errors in grammar, spelling, and punctuation, thus making it unnecessary to do a whole lot of manual proofreading. I heavily depend on its recommendations regarding clarity and tone so that my messages come out to be exact and that they are properly suited to the different audiences. The advantage of Grammarly is even more pronounced when it comes to handling large papers because it is the one that can give you consistency and quality throughout. The use of readability insights and stylistic guidance is so great that they can be credited as the main reason for the drafts being refined and the complex content being simplified for the audience's better understanding. What I appreciate the most is that the tool can raise the quality of writing instantly, which is very helpful and does not interrupt my flow of work. The context-aware suggestions given by Grammarly are not that of mere grammar correction, but they definitely assist in developing professional communication, hence are very much needed. I also like the fact that it works seamlessly across different tools and platforms that I use, which makes it possible for me to receive the same support all the time without having to copy and paste the text. Grammarly stands out for its accuracy, friendly user interface, and practical support, making it a trustworthy resource for maintaining high standards of written communication. Features such as real-time grammar and spelling checks, clarity enhancement and conciseness recommendations, tone detection are remarkably useful ones. Its accessibility across platforms further aids in the daily use of these capabilities, making the text more readable and, at the same time, communicating the message effectively.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

Grammarly is generally quite effective at what it does, but it still has areas where it could perform better. It is the case that the tool is often too general and not quite context-sensitive when it comes to its features pushed in technical, domain, or creative writing. In such cases, the AI might tag the correct technical term or the deliberate choice of style as an error. Hence, the users must look at every suggestion closely and consider whether to use it or not rather than just take it for granted. Another area that needs to be worked on is the way features are shared across subscription tiers. Premium features like rewriting for clarity, setting tone, and getting style tips are usually limited to the highest price tier. Not having access to these features while working can lead to interruptions in workflow and be seen as a restriction for occasional advanced needs. Besides, even though the layout is usually non-intrusive, having too many suggestions can be distracting and annoying when one is just starting to draft. Allowing a more user-friendly system where the writers can set the number of suggestions according to their writing stage, whether drafting or revising, would greatly improve the usability of the tool.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I depend on Grammarly to improve the clarity, accuracy, and tone of my writing. The application is very useful in pointing out mistakes related to grammar, spelling, and punctuation, thus making the editing process faster. It helps in not only making the written messages clear and well organised but also in keeping the documents uniform and of high quality. As a result, it leads to a rise in the confidence and efficiency of my written communication.

  ### 8. Grammarly Makes My Writing Clearer, Warmer, and Audience-Ready

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Grammarly?**

I love that Grammarly lets me start by using my own words, and then provides feedback on grammatical errors, along with suggestions to make my writing warmer or better suited to my intended audience.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

Sometimes the corrections Grammarly recommends aren’t actually grammatically correct. I notice this most often with verb tenses while I’m writing, and occasionally with whether a word should be singular or plural. Fortunately, I can review Grammarly’s suggestions and adjust the tense or wording as needed.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a professional and graduate program student, Grammarly has been extremely helpful for writing papers, reports, and communications to others in my organization. It proofreads what I’ve typed before I submit my work or send messages, which helps me feel more confident about what I’m sharing.

  ### 9. A Tremendous Time Saver with Seamless Integration

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

There isn’t much that I dislike. However, it can be pricier when I compare it with other AI tools that offer more usage for checking and rewriting.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Even though I can write and communicate in English, at times I end up being repetitive and using the wrong grammar. Grammarly helps ensure the sentences are correct, so the receiver reads what I intended to convey.

  ### 11. Writing Smarter Everyday

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anjali P. | Senior Associate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Grammarly?**

Grammarly fixes grammar and spelling mistakes, but more importantly, it helps my writing sound more professional and natural—especially in emails and chats. I also find the tone suggestions genuinely useful for communicating more clearly and effectively.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

Sometimes it suggests changes that make my statements sound unnatural. For more casual writing, some of the recommended corrections can feel off or even inaccurate. Also, many premium features are locked behind a paid plan, which might still be helpful depending on what you need.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a freelancer, Grammarly helps me draft more professional, polished emails, chats, and messages on platforms like Slack and MS Teams. It improves my grammar, tone, and sentence structure, which helps me communicate more clearly with clients and colleagues. Because of this, I feel more confident when writing, and it creates a more professional impression in my work communication.

  ### 12. Very helpful app!

Its intuitive design ensures a smooth experience, while its functionality meets a wide range of needs without feeling overwhelming. Highly recommended for those seeking ease of use without compromising quality.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

While I haven’t encountered any issues myself, prolonged use may reveal some.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Grammarly helps solve common writing issues like grammar errors, unclear sentences, and inconsistent tone. For me, it takes the stress out of proofreading by catching mistakes I might miss and suggesting better word choices. This not only saves me time but also helps me write more confidently, whether I’m working on emails, essays, or professional documents. It’s like having a second set of eyes on everything I write.

  ### 13. Elevated My Professional Communication Effortlessly

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sunil C. | Area Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Grammarly?**

I use Grammarly for both personal and professional purposes. I'm not super strong in English grammar and vocabulary, so Grammarly helps me with correcting my spelling mistakes and vocabulary. I like how it helps me sound fluent and professional in my daily tasks. What I really like is the variety of responses it provides, including sentence suggestions and optional sentences with its AI tool, which helps me craft more professional-sounding emails and conversations. The initial setup of Grammarly was also very easy, just a few simple steps, and I was ready to go. I've recommended Grammarly to my friends and colleagues because I'm so satisfied with it.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

Sometimes Grammarly provides some sort of error on my screen. Whenever I open the keyboard, Grammarly doesn't appear and disappears often.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Grammarly helps me correct spelling mistakes and vocabulary, making me sound fluent and professional in my writing. I like how it offers sentence suggestions and AI tools to refresh my sentences with professional words.

  ### 14. Real-Time Writing Help That Makes Emails Clearer and More Professional

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manisha . | Salesforce Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Grammarly?**

What I like most about Grammarly is how it catches small mistakes that I’d usually miss, especially in quick emails or chats. It also suggests better ways to phrase sentences, which makes my writing sound more clear and professional without much effort. I like that it works in real-time and doesn’t feel intrusive. Overall, it just makes writing faster and more confident.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

One thing I don’t like is that sometimes Grammarly over-suggests changes, even when the sentence is already fine, which can feel a bit unnecessary. The tone suggestions can also feel generic and not always match what I actually want to say. And a few useful features are locked behind the premium version, which can be limiting.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Grammarly helps me catch mistakes and improve sentence clarity, especially when I’m writing quickly. It makes my communication sound more professional and saves time on proofreading, which boosts my confidence.

  ### 15. Grammarly Real Time Writing Assistant That Polishes Everything, Everywhere

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Muzammil M. | Founder – Muzammil Graphic | Interior and Graphic Designer | Transforming Spaces and Brands Visually , Graphic Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Grammarly?**

Grammarly has been one of the most frequently used tools for me in 2024, especially for daily writing tasks like emails, reviews, website content, and social media captions. It goes beyond basic spelling and grammar checks by helping improve sentence clarity, tone, and readability, which saves a lot of time during editing. The realtime suggestions are extremely helpful. While writing, errors are highlighted instantly with clear explanations, making it easier to understand mistakes and avoid repeating them in the future. This has slowly improved my writing quality and confidence. Tone suggestions are also useful when switching between professional communication and more casual content. Another strong aspect is its smooth integration across platforms. It works well in browsers, Google Docs, and even while filling out online forms, without disrupting the writing flow. It runs quietly in the background and steps in only when needed. Grammarly feels less like a separate tool and more like a writing assistant that helps keep content polished, professional, and error free every day.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

One thing that can be frustrating about Grammarly is that many advanced suggestions are locked behind the premium version. While the free plan is helpful for basic grammar and spelling, features like tone rewrites, clarity improvements, and advanced style suggestions often require an upgrade, which may not be affordable for everyone. Sometimes Grammarly can also feel a bit too aggressive with suggestions, especially for creative or casual writing, where not every sentence needs to sound formal or polished. There are moments when suggestions don’t fully match the context or personal writing style, so manual review is still necessary. Occasionally, the tool can slow down slightly in long documents or complex web editors, which affects the writing flow.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Grammarly is solving one of the most common problems in daily digital communication: unclear, error prone writing that can affect professionalism and confidence. In my case, I used Grammarly extensively during the time when most of my work depended on written communication, including emails, reviews, website content, and online forms. Writing quickly often leads to small grammar mistakes, awkward sentence structure, or tone issues, and Grammarly helped fix those problems in real time. During that period, I relied heavily on the Grammarly app and browser extension. Having the tool active across platforms made a big difference because I didn’t need to copy content into a separate editor. Whether I was typing inside a website, replying to emails, or writing longer content, Grammarly was always available in the background. This saved time and reduced the stress of manually proofreading everything. Another major problem Grammarly solves is tone clarity. Many times, written text can sound too harsh, too casual, or unclear, especially when switching between professional and informal communication. Grammarly’s tone detection helped me adjust my writing depending on the situation. This was particularly useful when communicating with clients or posting public content where clarity and impression matter a lot. Grammarly also benefits me by acting as a learning tool. The explanations provided with each suggestion helped me understand why a change was needed. Over time, this improved my writing habits, and I noticed fewer repeated mistakes. Instead of just correcting errors, it helped me become more mindful of sentence structure, punctuation, and word choice. The mobile app was especially useful when working on the go. I used it frequently for quick messages, notes, and drafts, ensuring that even short content looked polished. This consistency across devices made Grammarly feel like a personal writing assistant rather than just a correction tool. Overall, Grammarly benefits me by improving writing quality, saving time, and boosting confidence. It turns everyday writing into clear, professional communication and helps avoid misunderstandings caused by poor grammar or tone. For anyone who writes regularly, Grammarly solves real world communication problems in a practical and accessible way.

  ### 16. Quick, Easy Typo and Grammar Fixes That Boost Efficiency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sharon K. | RN, Assistant Professor, Director of Simulation, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Grammarly?**

Easy way to correct typos or grammatical errors. It quickly fixes any mistakes I make while typing, making my work more efficient!

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

Sometimes the suggestions or word changes it offers are not my tone or style, so I need to be selective about what I accept and reread anything before submitting it.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me sound more professional. It helps catch any mistakes or typos, which ensures I get my point across without errors.

  ### 17. Essential for Polished, Professional Writing

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Md Mudassir A. | Product Designer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Grammarly?**

I use Grammarly as a Product Designer at Morphia, an AI image generation platform for designers and developers, to keep our client and partner communication clear, polished, and professional. It’s part of my daily workflow for writing UX documentation, product specs, release notes, and outreach emails, and it helps me catch small mistakes while maintaining a consistent, on-brand tone across everything that represents the company. The browser extension and the app run smoothly within our email and collaboration tools, which lets me review and refine copy right where I’m drafting it instead of switching over to a separate editor.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

When it comes to AI- and design-specific terminology, Grammarly sometimes recommends edits that don’t align with our domain language, so I occasionally need to ignore those suggestions. Its tone recommendations can also soften wording in situations where we need to be direct—like internal specifications or bug reports—so I always do a quick final pass before sending anything out. Also, some of the more advanced features are limited to the premium plan, which means not everyone on the team has access to the same level of guidance and depth of suggestions.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Grammarly helps Morphia maintain a professional standard in written communication with users, partners, and the broader community, which feels critical for a SaaS product in a competitive space. It cuts down the time I spend proofreading product copy, release announcements, and support emails, so I can focus more on design work while still shipping polished, trustworthy content. Overall, it’s become a core tool in Morphia’s communication stack, not just something I use for personal writing.

  ### 18. Real-Time Clarity, Tone, and Consistency Boost with Grammarly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raven B. | Communications Coordinator, Non-Profit Organization Management, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Grammarly?**

Grammarly is useful because it goes beyond basic spellcheck and helps improve clarity, tone, and readability in real time. A few things people commonly like about it include its tone suggestions, the way it combines grammar and clarity feedback, and the fact that it works in almost everywhere you write. It’s also often appreciated for professional writing, thanks to its AI rewrite tools and consistency checks that help keep your writing more uniform.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

My only issue is that, sometimes, the corrections end up sounding a bit robotic.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I haven’t needed to contact Grammarly about any issues so far.

  ### 19. Boosted Our Productivity with Seamless Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

Plus, the initial setup was very easy.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Grammarly helps with grammar, spelling, and punctuation, making my emails look professional. It's integrated into everything I work on, like CRM, emails, Word documents, and spreadsheets, enhancing productivity.

  ### 20. Makes Essays, Notes, and Emails Clearer and More Polished

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adhith p. | Senior Software Development Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Grammarly?**

It mostly helps me in my college work, especially when I’m writing different essays or notes in a more defined way. I also use it to make my emails more refined and clearer.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

The new format is awful. It's much more difficult and labour-intensive to use. It takes you three times as long, and sometimes you have to restart a document several times because the Grammarly assistant won't load.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me with my homework and lots of things like grammar, obviously, but sometimes the AI features do not work. In my opinion, I would recommend downloading Grammarly.

  ### 21. Grammarly Always Has My Back—Helpful and Easy to Use

It is so helpful. I am dyslexic and a very fast typist, but sometimes my fingers can't keep up with my brain. I love that Grammarly always has my back. It's really easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

Occasionally, it seems to go over the top of items I'm trying to edit, for example, in cava, and that's annoying, but it's the only flaw.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It keeps an eye on my typing, makes sure typos are caught, and sometimes rephrases for me if I want it to.

I love that Grammarly enhances my professionalism in the workplace. Spelling and grammar mistakes can reflect badly on me and my company, so I appreciate how Grammarly helps prevent that. It also increases my efficiency by boosting my confidence, and when it suggests ways to improve my writing, it educates me. The initial setup was very easy, which I really liked. I find it to be a great product/service overall and would highly recommend it.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

I find some of the suggestions to be lateral. The "improvements" are equally as good as what I originally wrote. There are certain words or phrases that I use in my profession, or just personally prefer. It would be nice if Grammarly would learn and make better suggestions.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** priyesh k. | Residential Business Planner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Grammarly?**

I use Grammarly to edit emails, write-ups, and slides before submitting them, as it helps make my content more professional. I like its ease of usage and that it can link to emails directly, allowing me to edit right in Gmail without opening it separately. When typing an email, I can adjust the tone for professionalism, correct grammar, and replace repetitive words to enhance the overall presentation. The initial setup was really easy; adding the add-on to Google Chrome was simple.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

I think at times the suggestions are quite redundant. The words it proposes are quite out of my vocabulary, being a non-native English speaker it's quite tough. I need to jump to ChatGPT to write sometimes. It would be helpful to have a mode with more common words and a tool for translation on the side.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

I wish the paid service was a bit cheaper, and the popup bubbles sometimes interfere in the text box (for example, appearing over the "send" button on Teams), so I have to move it elsewhere on the screen.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am an editor, so Grammarly helps me quickly catch any errors in documents and provides rewriting suggestions as well, with alternatives that vary depending on what kind of tone I want to use.

  ### 28. Versatile Writing Assistant with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rajul P. | Senior Product Manager, Consulting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Grammarly?**

I use Grammarly for writing and reviewing a lot of documents in the consulting domain, and it helps me stay on brand by following brand guidelines. I really appreciate that it makes sure there are no grammatical mistakes. I like that it helps me follow UK English when needed and rephrases content to make it concise and less verbose. I find it quite cool that the automated feature runs in the background irrespective of the app I'm in, like Outlook, Microsoft Word, or PowerPoint. Although I don't use the AI feature often, as a quick AI rephrasing tool, it's quite nice. I also found the initial setup way easy with no issues at all.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

Grammarly doesn't work on PDFs. I think that feature could be useful. Although we can't edit a PDF, it can at least spot errors and mistakes and flag it for us. Sometimes it's sluggish. Sometimes it just isn't working. It's missing, not active. Although I see Grammarly being turned on, it's not actually reading the text that's on the screen. So I have to restart the app, and then it works. Or maybe restarting the PC, and it works. So it's a Windows PC. I don't know if that's an issue with Windows or Grammarly. But it's not that frequent. But it happens sometimes.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Grammarly to eliminate grammatical mistakes, adhere to brand guidelines like UK English, make content concise, and aid in rephrasing. Its AI feature helps when I'm out of ideas.

  ### 29. Drafts Polished, On-Brand Emails with Helpful Tone Options

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kajol K. | UI/UX Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Grammarly?**

The ability to draft messages in different tones is really helpful for both client and internal communication. It can be repurposed more effectively to align with the profile and intent of the email. The spelling check is also super helpful, especially for client emails. Used it extensively.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

The trial version often gets stuck on LinkedIn messages. The app sync also feels weaker compared to the desktop extension. Trial limits are annoying.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redrafting our emails and making sure there are no spelling errors is super useful. It also helps us rewrite messages so we can communicate better internally between the design team and marketing. Overall, it’s become our company’s core tool for drafting emails and messages. Overall great.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

I think Grammarly has improve a lot integrating AI, so everything is going to be better

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need to write content for our clients, create ad copy, and send emails. Since my primary language is Spanish and my clients are English speakers, Grammarly is very helpful for me. **Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** anand r. | Technical Consultant, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Grammarly?**

What I like most about Grammarly is how naturally it fits into my everyday writing. It’s very easy to use and doesn’t feel overwhelming, even if you’re not tech-savvy. Getting started is simple, and it works right away without any complicated setup. I use it frequently because it integrates smoothly with the tools I already rely on, like email, documents, and browsers. It offers a wide range of helpful features beyond basic grammar, and the customer support and learning resources are reliable when questions come up. Overall, it feels like a practical, supportive tool that genuinely improves writing without disrupting workflow.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

What I dislike about Grammarly is that some advanced features are locked behind the premium version, which can feel limiting if you’re using the free plan. At times, the suggestions can be overly aggressive or miss the intended context, especially for creative or informal writing. It can also slow things down slightly when working with large documents, and the constant prompts may feel distracting. While it integrates well with many platforms, it doesn’t always work perfectly in every app, which can be frustrating.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Grammarly solves the problem of making writing clear, correct, and professional without requiring advanced language skills. It helps catch grammar, spelling, and punctuation mistakes that are easy to overlook, especially when writing quickly. It also improves clarity and tone, which is helpful when trying to sound confident and appropriate in professional or academic communication. By providing real-time feedback, Grammarly saves time on editing and proofreading, reduces errors, and increases confidence that the message is clear and polished before it’s shared.

The initial setup is one of its strongest points because of the 'plug-and-play' approach, making it accessible even for those who aren't particularly tech-savvy, and it feels like a 'final mile' editor that ensures consistency across the apps my team uses.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

One of the biggest issues is its struggle with technical jargon. In fields like engineering, medicine, or law, specialized terms or unique sentence structures are often flagged as "errors" or "unclear." It may suggest a simpler synonym that actually changes the technical meaning of your sentence. It needs better "domain-specific" modes that understand industry-standard vocabulary without constantly trying to "simplify" it.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Grammarly helps me maintain professionalism and clarity, detects tone like 'confident' or 'formal,' alleviates mental fatigue from proofreading, and acts as a non-fatigued editor catching small errors that are easy to miss.

It's user-friendly and easily plugs in to your browser as well as other software. Runs fast & has helpful edits. Makes my writing a little more polished. The price is right!

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

Honestly, there's not much I dislike. If anything, sometimes the edits are a little too formal but that's easy to work around.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Grammarly easily helps my writing be a little better, the AI is super intelligent, and the support team helps solve an issues I run into.

  ### 48. Fast, Easy-to-Use AI Writing Recommendations That Keep Getting Better

The performance is also very good - it moves very quickly and the user experience is well laid out and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

The suggestions can sometimes be incorrect or not reflective of my writing style. I'm hoping as the AI models improve, this will get better though.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helped me improve technical writing as well as personal writing activities.

  ### 49. Easy Go With the Flow App

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

Sometimes Grammarly makes mistakes while correcting the sentences the actual words and the setence got changed

During my day routine I used to audits calls, emails and chat - So by using grammarly it's helps me to identity the errors, spelling mistakes which in result helps me to connect with my agents and give them a feedback so that they can start using grammarly to avoid mistakes

  ### 50. Boosts Productivity with Confidence, Minor Glitches

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Grammarly?**

I love how Grammarly keeps everything in my voice but makes it better and more legible. It fixes spelling mistakes and helps when I'm staring at a blank screen, giving me a template to work with. It has really boosted my productivity, made the writing experience more enjoyable, and built my confidence, helping me seem more professional in my education role. The general writing checks and suggestions are fantastic, and I love the writing prompts it provides, especially for emails. Not having to work with a blank page has been wonderful, and using it on my desktop and phone with the keyboard works really well.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

Every once in a while, Grammarly will turn off unexpectedly, or I will get signed out without realizing it. That's been sort of frustrating when I think my work is being checked, and it isn't.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Grammarly helps me with spelling and grammar mistakes, boosts my productivity, and reduces procrastination by offering templates. It keeps my writing in my voice while making it better and more legible, and gives me confidence, especially in emails, by providing something to work with.
