What do you like best about Grain?

As someone focused on enablement and learning design, Grain saves me hours every week. The auto-transcription means I stop taking notes in client calls and actually listen. I use clips and stories to share real customer moments with my team - turning conversations into coaching content without any extra editing. The search across transcripts is underrated; being able to find what a customer actually said weeks ago changes how I build programs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Grain?

The organization of recordings gets messy at scale, there's no easy way to structure content by project or client without manual tagging.

I'd love the ability to record my screen without needing to invite Grain to a live call as it would make it much more flexible for async work and demos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Grain solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Grain, capturing what customers actually said meant messy notes and missed details. Now I can be fully present in calls and go back to the exact transcript when building enablement programs or synthesising client signals. The follow-up notes are amazing as well.
