What do you like best about Grafo AI?

Love the service and attention that they provide. Lin has been great - glad he reached out to me and introduced Grafo. We send between 700 and 1k emails/week and this has saved us significant time and improved our response rates by around 2.5x. Platform is intuitive and easy to use. What do you dislike about Grafo AI?

Nothing to note. Would be nice to send emails directly off the platform, but since we're using HubSpot for sequencing, we don't have a meaningful need for it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Grafo AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had about 3 interns doing company research and drafting personalized emails - pretty miserable task for them. Now we're giving them more meaningful work like industry research, proofreading emails, and some correspondence with business owners (setting up calls, etc).
