Adam (the founder) reached out to me directly and gave me a demo - I found it helpful that he was also a former searcher so he understands how critical it is to personalize emails. He's been extremely responsive with any questions I've had. Really like how Grafo can take my personal history from my LinkedIn account and incorporate it into my outreach messages and find commonalities between me and the owners I'm reaching out to. I've seen response rates over double in just the past couple of weeks. The messages sound much more natural than GPT. It's saved me hours of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Still getting the odd message every once in awhile - sometimes see grammatical issues and awkward sentences. But these issues get addressed/resolved as soon as I let Adam know.
