What do you like best about GradingPal?

The best thing for me in GradingPal is that it allows us to automate the whole process of interviewing and evaluating the candidates for our company. What do you dislike about GradingPal?

Actually, there isn’t much I dislike about GradingPal as yet. There are times when we may have to manually examine the response of some candidates so as to get more information, but that is just a minor part of the whole thing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GradingPal solving and how is that benefiting you?

While using OpenBiz, we wanted to find a better method for evaluating candidate assessments. With more candidates being evaluated, it was becoming harder to evaluate and compare all the answers provided. With the help of GradingPal, we found an easier way to conduct such evaluation since it offered a more structured solution.
