What do you like best about Grade.us?
It helps us automate customer feedback and manage customer relationships. I like how easy it is to use and that it allows us to reach out to past customers for additional feedback. The reports are also helpful. It is linked with all the major review sites that we use like Yelp, Google+, and FourSquare. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Grade.us?
