What do you like best about Grade?

What I like most is that Grade brings HR, recruitment, project management and finance into one system. For us as an IT company, it gives a much better overview of the business without having to manage everything across different tools and Excel spreadsheets. I also like that Grade is specifically built for IT companies and digital agencies, so the workflows actually fit our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Grade?

There are still some features and integrations we would like to see added, especially for more advanced reporting and automation. The product is developing quickly, so some things are not as flexible as we would like yet. But the Grade team is very responsive to feedback and regularly improves the product. What problems is Grade solving and how is that benefiting you?

Grade helps us solve the problem of having important business information spread across different tools and Excel spreadsheets. We use it to manage HR, recruitment, projects, budgets, invoices, P&L, cash flow and reporting in one place. This gives us much better visibility into the business and saves our management team a lot of time.
